Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise shift operations and support operators to meet production goals

  • Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance

  • Coordinate machine setups and material flow

  • Train new staff and monitor team performance

  • Report shift KPIs (Productivity, Quality, Safety, etc.)

  • Support continuous improvement and reduce waste/scrap

  • Work closely with Planning and Logistics teams

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years of experience in production or mechanical fields

  • OR Bachelor's in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering with 3-6 years experience

  • Able to read engineering drawings, Knowledge in IATF for Automotive

  • Good communication in English

  • Must be able to work night shifts
