1. Procurement & Supplier Management:- Lead supplier identification, evaluation, and selection processes. Negotiate and finalize contracts, terms, and pricing agreements.
- Oversee and manage purchasing activities including issuance of purchase orders for goods and services.
- Resolve complex supply issues related to delivery performance, quality deviations, and pricing discrepancies, and drive corrective actions.
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Promote procurement of sustainable, environmentally friendly, and socially responsible products/services.
2. Planning & Scheduling:- Ensure Assurance of Supply (AOS) through effective supplier engagement to meet production plans and customer demands.
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to align material availability with production schedules.
- Monitor supplier adherence to committed schedules and initiate escalation when necessary.
- Proactively address material shortages and supply risks by working closely with suppliers and customers.
3. Inventory & Risk Management:- Maintain optimal inventory levels and oversee stock at sub-suppliers.
- Analyze inventory exposure and liability, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer agreements.
- Manage claims and dispute resolution related to inventory or supply issues, including those involving sub-suppliers.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting:- Analyze demand forecasts, inventory variances, and identify areas for process improvement.
- Prepare, review, and present operational and performance reports to customers and stakeholders within set timelines.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting from sub-suppliers as per requirements.

Competencies & Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPSM, CIPS are highly desirable.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, planning, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or Free Trade Zone environment.
- Strong knowledge of procurement regulations applicable to Thailand Free Trade Zone.
- Proficiency in purchasing and planning systems or ERP software.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); Mandarin is an advantage.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to work independently under pressure and contribute effectively in cross-functional teams.
