Sub Project Manager

Qualifications

• Graduated in bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or related filed

• At least 3 years of experience in working as Project Management, Cost, resource, and risk management skill

• Working in automotive industry (OEM, Tier1,2, supplier), Automotive product development, PPAP is required.

• Drawing, BOM, SAP knowledge is preferred

• PMP certified or CAPM will be advantage.

• Leading, communication, presentation, negotiation skills.

• Conformable working with international team, problem solving mindset and flexible to work.

Responsible:

• Leading new local project development from awarding to start of production phase with achieving project timing, cost, quality and delivery target.

• To lead local project from RFQ phase to SOP and ensure project KPI's such as quality, cost and overall timeline.

• To monitor project cost and budgets.

• To coordinate and mange expectation of internal stake holders within BOSCH as well as represent as an interface/first contact partner for evaluation and technical requirements.

• To manage project members from diverse cross functional team.
