Roles and Responsibilities
* Exemplary in conduct, possess self- motivation and high discipline to excel in performance
Motivate and drive the sales team in achieving their individual and store KPIs

* Responsible to team building and assist in training the team to acquire the skills and competency levels

required in the job

* Coach and counsel the team for corrective behavior personally to maximize the performance of every retail team member

* Assist the store-in-charge in the day-to-day store operations

* Partner with immediate superior to formulate action plan to sales productivity

* To be responsible for and accountable to the duties assigned Entry Requirement

* Excellent interpersonal skill managing both internal and external customers

* Ability to analyze store sales figures

* High integrity and good conduct and ability in crisis management

* Proactive, dedicated and responsible for work

* Able to work on weekends and public holidays, and shift duty

* Proficient in spoken and written in English

* 3 years of sold relevant experience in retail store operations, with minimum 1 year of Senior Staff capacity in assisting overall store management
