Responsibilities
- Ensure quality new supplier meet required engineering specification as well as quality levels
- Ensure quality improvement at supplier site and supplier parts
- Establish data support for supplier selecting
- Ensure Part Approval Process from supplier meet company requirement
- Ensure inwards and non-conforming part resolve by systematic problem solving
- Ensure feedback quality issue to supplier in timely manner by use MNC and HQMS
- Ensure supplier part quality issue close loop corrective action problem not re occurring
- Obtain non conform products to design record accurate in JDE
- Obtain Non-Conform Product meeting with relevant team
- Possess basic product and factory process knowledge
- Understand the organization systems, structures and objectives
- Understand the concept of LFPD and document critical information
- Root cause analysis supplier corrective & preventive action (SCAR) and supplier improvement
Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or science in related
- Strong supplier management
- Experiene in Supplier Quality Assurance
- Good command in English
- Strong Knowledge of local Quality
