​Qualification :

â€Ē Develop Supply Chain strategies, policies & procedures, rules & regulations in line with the company Group strategies

â€Ē Manage all activities for Supply Chain, which create or reinforce a positive employee culture

â€Ē Develop and manage reports and distribution of the reports to the required teams

â€Ē Follow up new technology developments and standards within the industry

â€Ē Manage the information system, which is generated by AX system

â€Ē Achievement of agreed cost & efficiency targets

â€Ē Design and lead the implementation of Supply Chain management systems

â€Ē Oversee, manage, evaluate the company`s best practices in the Supply Chain process

â€Ē Control the effectiveness of the operations and planning. From manpower planning, production plan, employee performance appraisal and total performance management.

â€Ē Control issues, safety, quality matters.

â€Ē Establish guidelines to identify employee capabilities and organizational needs

â€Ē Guide, coach and develop the Supply Chain team to improve performance and culture.

Knowledge required

â€Ē Master or bachelor’s in Supply Chain or Logistics related field an advantage but not essential.

â€Ē 10 years experience in managing a large modern factory.

â€Ē Experience in industries like Pharmaceutical or Food manufacturing is an advantage in driving the required manufacturing standards

â€Ē Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing, supply chain fundamentals and risk management

â€Ē Understandings of basic labor and Safety laws

â€Ē Systems knowledge and strategic thinking are essential.

â€Ē Prove of past experience in building strong teams in a manufacturing environment is essential.

â€Ē Computer literacy-skill to use software program, e.g., Excel, Word, and Power Point.

â€Ē Very Good command of English language
