Responsibilities:
- Create and execute supply chain strategies that support overall business objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Foster strong partnerships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and agreements.
- Manage inventory to balance material availability and stock levels effectively.
- Track and enhance supply chain performance through key metrics and data-driven insights.
- Generate and present detailed reports to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities for cost reductions and implement strategic solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in supply chain management with 3 years in electronic manufacturing company.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Familiar with BOI regulations, as well as import and export processes.
- Extensive knowledge of supply chain management principles.
- Strong ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
