Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for gathering and analysis requirement.
Designed and Analysis process of project responsibility.
Control application development to SDLC and project responsibility.
Create Document to support project (Functional specification, Operation work flow and User Manual).
Provide guidance and consultation to user
Analyze cause and way to resolve user problem that occur in production system
Continually improve quality and build the effective data structures for the analysis purpose
Analyze customer insights, producing analyses and ad-hoc data requests and reports to support sales and marketing initiatives and managements
Find out way of technology for brand new software development and apply in work
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in major of computer sciences, IT or related fields.
At least 2 years' experience in programming using C#, VB.Net and/or Java, MS SQL Server, Crystal Report, SSRS, SSIS etc.
At least 1 years' experience in system analysis and design.
Have knowledge on ERP/CRM development or implementation would be an advantage
Strong Decision Making, Proactive and Leadership skill
Self-motivated, smart working, strong analytical, Fast learner and a self-starter in learning/developing new skill
Ability to multi-task and work independently.
Work to the standard of Quality Assurance concept.
Strong problem-solving skills with the efficiency of time, cost and human factors.
Excellent in communication and presentation skills
