Responsibilities:
Gathering and analyzing requirements from customers to provide the best-fit solution.
Designing and setting up products based on customer requirements or business needs.
Creating project documents and coordinating with developers.
Preparing and performing Unit Tests, System Integration Tests (SIT), and User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
Performing Key User Training and Admin Training.
Handling data migration and support.
Acting as project manager or team lead for small-medium size projects to manage customers and project team members to deliver projects on time.
Tracking and monitoring the progress of the projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business administration, Information technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Work experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst or System Analyst.
Has experience relevant to HR Product, or know HR business Process in HRM - Time management and Payroll will be preferred.
Have skills in analysis, logical thinking, and problem-solving, good communication & training skill
Any Programming knowledge: C#, .net, HTML, JSON, JAVA Script, PHP, HTML 5, jQuery, Node.J or realated.
Database knowledge: Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL.
Good teamwork with a service mind.
Can work as a team, must be able to work under pressure.
Good communicate English.
