Scope of the Role
As System Engineer, you are responsible for monitoring our central ALM system and provide guidance and
support for our colleagues using the system. You will also support the design, setup, maintenance and further
improvement of IBM Doors Next Generation within our company. Furthermore, you are preserving the knowledge
of the tool in a knowledge management system. You work in a matrix organization with a part of the team sitting
in our global head quarter.
Responsibilities
* Personal support in IBM Doors for colleagues during their SDLC documentation work
* Research and identify solutions to software issues
* Ensure support tickets are created, updated and resolved in our ticketing system
* Follow-up on those tickets
* Implementation and testing of new requirements
* Creation of process descriptions and guidelines for users
Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications
* You have a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
* Quick comprehension and strong analytical skills
* Business process oriented thinking
* High quality awareness
* Strong communications skills and enthusiasm
* Ability to work in flexible hours
* Fluent English is a must
Beneficial Experience
* Experience in working with applications like: ALM, MES, ERP is preferred
* Experience in the regulated industry is a benefit
