Job Title: VJ Management Specialist (Middle/Senior Level)
Reporting Line: Head of VJ & Content Management

Responsibilities:

Oversee the selection, recruitment, and management of a diverse pool of VJs.
Provide guidance and support to VJs, fostering their growth and optimizing their performances.
Collaborate with the content team to plan and execute programming schedules and themed events, ensuring a diverse and engaging content lineup.
Develop strategies to enhance viewer engagement and audience retention during live streams.
Monitor and analyze viewership data and audience feedback to identify trends and opportunities for content improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in live-streaming to implement innovative content strategies.
Liaise with technical teams to ensure smooth execution of live streams and troubleshoot technical issues.
Create guidelines and best practices for VJs to maintain brand consistency and quality standards.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Communications, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in live-streaming, content management, or a related role.
Strong understanding of live-streaming platforms, technical aspects of video production, and streaming equipment.
Proven track record in managing and coaching talent, preferably in a live broadcast environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Passion for live entertainment and staying updated with industry trends.
