Job Title: VJ Management Specialist (Middle/Senior Level)
Reporting Line: Head of VJ & Content Management
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the selection, recruitment, and management of a diverse pool of VJs.
- Provide guidance and support to VJs, fostering their growth and optimizing their performances.
- Collaborate with the content team to plan and execute programming schedules and themed events, ensuring a diverse and engaging content lineup.
- Develop strategies to enhance viewer engagement and audience retention during live streams.
- Monitor and analyze viewership data and audience feedback to identify trends and opportunities for content improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in live-streaming to implement innovative content strategies.
- Liaise with technical teams to ensure smooth execution of live streams and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Create guidelines and best practices for VJs to maintain brand consistency and quality standards.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Communications, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in live-streaming, content management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of live-streaming platforms, technical aspects of video production, and streaming equipment.
- Proven track record in managing and coaching talent, preferably in a live broadcast environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for live entertainment and staying updated with industry trends.
