Warehouse Data Inventory Supervisor
Report: Warehouse Manager
Working day (2 shifts):
Mon-Fri 06:20-16:00
Mon-Fri 08:00-17:40
Location: Kingkaew 3/1, Bangplee, Samut Prakarn
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Daily control for Inbound & Outbound data, document, report & dashboard e.g. summary Goods Receipt, Goods issuance.
Daily control of Sale Order Allocation & Released for each warehouse zone.
Daily control to Delivery documents for shipment closing e.g. Invoice/COA/MSDS etc.
Control for Goods Return to warehouse, Inventory Transfer, NCR process, Reservation Inventory for delivery.
Stock control for Items/Material/Packaging and Stock of goods outstanding for delivery.
Plan and control daily count/ scheduled Physical Count. Conduct analysis of Stock variance occurred from stock count results.
Pre-count handling before Annual count activity (2 times per year).
Arrange to create Items barcode/Location barcode/Any Tags to be used in Warehouse.
Manage data of Product class update/Product Aging & Shelf life/Product nearly expire/ Product new item.
Control to register and update data of Master Product & Footprints
Gather and analyze statistics and data related to logistics management (storage, handling-in, handlingout, delivery expenses, team KPIs, and ISO matters).
Special Requirements for this role:
Willingness and strong determination to be part of a project team to plan and implement ERP system and be responsible for Warehouse Management section
Passionate in setting up new system, structure, workflow process design
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics Management, Information Technology or a relevant field
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Warehouse Data, Inventory Management with proven track of record
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Supervisor level with strong people skills and change management
Advanced Microsoft Excel / Data Analytics & Visualization program is mandatory
Experience in implementing WMS with success is highly preferable
Experience in handling hazardous chemicals logistic operations is an advantage
Extremely proactive, responsible, organized and ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
Data-driven, decision-making mentality, fast learner and must have "can-do" attitude
Ability to drive Forklift is advantage
