Responsibilities:
Manage Safety/Quality/Cost/Delivery/Moral in department to effectiveness
Lead to daily progress/analyses/action to achieve production plan
Lead a problem-solving team to find out the root causes and corrective/preventive actions caused by logistics failure
Lead to improve warehouse operation & process efficiency
Manage and control warehouse operation through motivation, mention, and coaching
Manage the physical logistics team to effectiveness in the key task of department KPI
Manage the activities in physical logistics to regularly perform e.g., Logistic quality of basic line walk
Manage the logistic processes to fulfill the requirement of safety regulation, ISO9001 & ISO 14001
Ensure that work standards are taken seriously on operation site
Plan and develop the employee competence, upgrade knowledge
Supports tasks according to assignment from Manager
Communicate/response to customer concern on a timely basis
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (Engineering file is a plus)
Management level minimum 5 years + related field 8 years
Production Controls in logistic and warehouse management (Automotive field is a plus)
MS office , WMS, Inventory control
