Responsibilities:
Manage of Warehouse & Logistics to achieve the target of Quality, Safety, Delivery, and Cost.
Lead a problem-solving team to find out the root causes and corrective/preventive actions caused by logistics failure
Contribute to capacity planning to meet current & future demand/volume.
Contribute to the plant budgeting process for area of responsibility, also for the forecasting cycle.
Maintain stock accurate and improve space efficiency of all warehouse area.
Drive and manage projects of logistics systems or related to achieve target.
Monitoring and maintain about document system of ISO9001 and IATF 16949.
Develop staff performance to maximize productivity of their roles and responsibilities, i.e., identify training needs, skill matrix, performance reviews, people development
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Engineering, Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, or related areas.
At least 5 years of experience in Warehouse and Production / Manufacturing for Automotive / Electronic Products.
Strong Warehouse background leading people and technically with WMS and processes.
Good command in English and computer literacy
