Warehouse Operation Excellence - Chonburi (New Plant)

Job Summary:
You will drive operational excellence by analyzing performance, identifying inefficiencies, and leading continuous improvements.
Responsibilities include KPI monitoring, cross-functional coordination, and delivering insights to internal teams and customers.

• Analyse operational data to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve workflow or performance gaps
• Create dashboards and performance reports for internal use and client presentation
• Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective/preventive actions for operational issues
• Facilitate daily and monthly performance reviews with internal teams and external customers
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business goals
• Present operational performance and improvement progress to customers and management
• Train and coach staff on process improvements and data analysis tools
• Collaborate with IT and system support teams to optimize system functionalities and reporting accuracy
• Evaluate cost-saving opportunities and propose process or system enhancements
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements
• Participate in internal and external audits and drive closure of any non-conformities

Competencies

• Strong proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and dashboard reporting
• Experience with WMS or similar ERP systems
• Solid understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication and presentation skills, especially in presenting performance to customer by daily and monthly
• Proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and operational efficiency
