Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Officer

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and ensure competitive compensation structures.
  • Develop, implement, and manage salary structures, bonus programs, and other incentives.
  • Evaluate and make recommendations on job classifications and salary adjustments.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Partner with benefits providers to ensure the effective delivery of benefits services.
  • Communicate and educate employees on available benefits and wellness programs.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of compensation and benefits policies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on compensation and benefits metrics.
  • Stay current with relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure that compensation and benefits practices comply with company policies and legal requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven 3 years experience in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Strong understanding of compensation structures, job evaluation, and benefits programs.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
