Customer Quality Service Manager Position:
Job Description:

  • Handle customer complaints with professional protocol for better customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Drive corrective and preventive measures for further insurance no repeat issue with proper and robust system.
  • Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer and business partner satisfy the handling process.
  • Cooperate with global, regional, and local organizations to deliver overall quality performance according to best quality principle.
  • Cooperate with operations for defect reduction program to achieve zero defect principle.
  • Listen to the customer queries professionally and solve them.
  • Deal with the customers via applicable communication channels and coordination with local team.
  • Look after the customer Quality Performance and update predefined regular status.
  • Buildup good customer relationship and good network to solve complaints quickly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Engineering or related fields.
  • Experienced at least 10 years in industrial business.
  • Experienced at least 5 years in Customer Quality Service in a manufacturing business type.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good interpersonal and effective communication, collaborative manner.
  • Able to be independent, and strong leadership.
  • Fluent in analytic skill by having statistical analysis tool competency.
  • Experience in Food or Packaging quality compliance systems are advantage.
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point).
