To perform basic Core Radio Access Network (RAN) monitoring, and perform basic troubleshooting in regard to manual, to ensure that disruptions in RAN are detected or preliminary address, or processed further to relevant parties for incident resolution
Radio Access Network equipment (BTS/NodeB/eNodeB/gNodeB/BSC/RNC) monitoring.
Multivendor (Ericsson/Huawei/Nokia) Radio Access Network Monitoring.
Communicate with Field, 3PP and 2nd Line Support (Local and Remote(GSC))
Perform 1st troubleshooting and/or escalate to 2nd line support.
Create trouble ticketing and follow up until the problem resolved.
Support Call Center for customers complaint handling.
Do the handover report and incident report
Bachelor or master's degree in electrical/Telecommunication/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
Able to work in shift (12 hours/shift)
Good English Communication
Able to work with team, quick learner and self-motivate.
2-3 years of experience in telecommunication, RAN equipment (BTS/NodeB/ eNodeB/gNodeB/BSC/RNC) is preferred.
Basic knowledge in IP Network (OSI Model)
