Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or Laws or Political Science or related filed.
1 - 3 years of HR experiences in HR field
Be familiar with all documents & reports related to recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, performance managements, organizational developments, employee relationships, and general administration.
Must have a demonstrated ability and desire to deliver quality results, be independently motivated and maintain highest degree of confidentiality.
Service attitude and HR Professional attitude
Computer literacy, ability to use MS Office
Good communication and relationships skills
English communication skills (speaking and writing)
Can do attitude
Able to work under pressure of time, quantity, quality and People
Have some experiences of HR documents will be advantages.
Have some experiences or willing to learn the process of non-Thai processes i.e. visa, Work Permit, immigration processes, etc.

Key Roles & Responsibility:
Recruitment & Employment:
Understanding sources of recruitment, candidates and hires.
Take care of the candidates while they are in the interviewing process.
Coordinate & prepare documents and things (ID Badge, uniforms, employee handbooks, PC, Name Card, induction, etc.) for the new hires
Coordinate & prepare documents of job transfer, job rotation, etc.
Regular and Non-regular wage are accurate, prepare & recheck all relevant documents before getting the approval for HR Specialist.
Employee Filing System Arrange & keep confidentially the employee's personal file to be in order and the most updated.
Other Support Provide the other general administrative, support and special events or project as required by HR Generalist from time to time. Advice people in health & lift insurance issues and collect the data from all employee to agency.
Employee Service Jobs:
Assist in the services & processes of Transportation, Canteen, Uniform and other related ones.
Expatriate (Foreigner Employee) Service:
Coordinate, prepare & submit documents to non-Thai employees and concerned Government Offices (Custom / Industrial / BOI / Labor / on visa & work permit process.
Follow up to get the complete sets of documents and renew the process on time as periodically as per the laws.
Compensation & Benefits job:
Control monitor and record Time Attendance, Time Record, Annual Leave and Leave Record.
Summarize and prepare Over Time, Perfect Attendance and related data for Payroll processes.
Build good relationship among employees via welfare committee, activities, Wing Programs, and communication systems
Provide feedbacks and implement long-term solutions to employee issues
Support administration job of all Human Resources processes, policies, communication and announcement
Comply with 5S and manage documents and files routinely and report once a week.
Comply with standards i.e. Quality, ISO or Management System (such as ISO9001, ISO14001 or any systems).
Support other activities, jobs, tasks or projects as assignments by Superior, Management or Company.
