Key Account Manager (Endoscope)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the designated territory.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
  3. Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance, identify opportunities, and address any concerns.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to support customer needs and drive product innovation.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and business decisions.
  6. Provide product training and support to key accounts to ensure proper utilization and maximize customer satisfaction.
  7. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
  9. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to promote company products and services and expand professional network.
  10. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to the medical device industry.
