Position: Marketing Communication Specialist
Location: Chatuchak, Bangkok
Department: Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing Communication
- Plan and manage marketing communication strategies that align with target audiences in the industrial sector, including plant managers, engineers, and contractors.
- Build a credible and professional brand image in the engineering and energy industry.
2. Content Marketing
- Create technical articles, product updates, installation showcases, and technology insights for digital channels (website, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Manage and curate content in text, images, and video formats to be engaging and easy to understand.
3. Sales Support Materials
- Develop marketing collaterals such as product catalogs, brochures, product datasheets, sales presentations, and proposals.
- Design infographics that highlight key product features and benefits.
4. Digital Channel Management
- Develop digital communication strategies across platforms like the company website, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Ensure content remains up-to-date and relevant to industrial target groups.
- Create digital brochures, online banners, and visual assets that support brand messaging.
5. B2B Technical Content Development
- Write articles, analysis pieces, and technical posts related to electrical systems, control systems, and industrial solutions.
- Produce product and service introduction videos, case studies, and installation reviews tailored to B2B clients.
6. B2B Technical Marketing Activities
- Plan and coordinate B2B events such as webinars, technical seminars, and exhibitions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop technical presentation content.
7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to track and evaluate marketing performance.
- Prepare monthly reports on digital channel growth and B2B campaign outcomes.
8. Corporate Branding & Image Building
- Coordinate and prepare for corporate exhibitions, product launches, and industry seminars.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and media.
9. Collaboration with Sales and Engineering Teams
- Work closely with engineers and sales teams to understand technical aspects of products and translate them into market-friendly content.
- Support sales efforts by developing credible marketing content and materials that reinforce brand value.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communication (experience in industrial or engineering sectors is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English
- Proficient in basic graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and basic video editing tools
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, with the ability to simplify technical content into engaging messages
- Creative, dynamic, and team-oriented personality
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage marketing budgets and resources effectively
- Background or strong interest in the energy, electrical, or engineering industry is preferred
