Job Highlights:

  • Responsible for promoting full range of products to doctors and clinic purchasers by identifying clinic needs and potential to cross-sell.

  • Identify prospect, develop, and drive sales plan to grow the sales revenue.

  • Collect information and generate attractive sales quotation to close the business deals.

  • Organize daily sales call plan and diligently update call records.

  • Build good relationship with doctors, purchasers and clinic staff with regular visits and follow-up calls

  • Conduct product demonstrations/ presentations to medical professionals.

  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through building strong customer relationships, product support and services.

  • Manage product portfolio sales strategies to improve market shares and profitability of the business, through sales mapping, pre-call planning and post sales review and follow-up.

  • Provide competitor information and market intelligence and assist the Sales Manager in the development of relevant sales and marketing strategies.

  • Coverage area includes hospital clinics, wards, emergency departments.

  • Drive brand and product awareness among medical professionals during conventions/talks.

  • Keep updated with product knowledge through training and active learning.

  • Provide sales analysis and insights based on field work.

  • Good time management to provide adequate and regular coverage of assigned sales territory.

  • Conduct additional sales task as assigned by management team,.


  • Medical or pharmaceutical degree or related field.

  • Any previous sales experience in the medical devices / medical equipment / surgical instruments field will be an added advantage.

  • Good interpersonal skills and love speaking with people.

  • Ability to articulate medical product benefits including technical terms.

  • Positive working attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Sales-driven, self-motivated, customer oriented and proactive individual with a track record in delivering results.

  • Ability to work independently and at the same time a team player.

  • Good command of English.

  • Proficiency in MS office.
