Responsibilites:
- Drive the growth of project business by actively engaging owners and designers through direct specifications, collaborating closely with dealers.
- Actively manage the CRM Project Pipeline to maximize market coverage, specifications, and win rates.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with key developer accounts to enhance specifications rates and facilitate bulk purchases.
- Provide dealers with effective solutions and technical support to secure project commitments.
- Foster alliances with WC partners to leverage their networks and develop competitive packages.
- Lead initiatives for new product launches, promoting new offerings and upselling existing products.
- Explore opportunities in new market segments by researching client requirements and assessing competitors' products and pricing, specifically in hospital and commercial sectors.
- Conduct regular visits to dealers, developers, architects, and designers to maintain strong relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
- Contribute to retail business sales initiatives and promotions.
Qualifications: - A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specializing in mechanical, piping, architecture, or economics.
- Possesses over 10 years of direct experience in project-related roles.
- Mandatory expertise in project business, specifically focusing on Piping Drainage systems.
- Proficient and articulate in both English and the local language (Thai).
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Capable of interpreting and understanding technical drawings.
