Looking for "Senior Manage - Operation (Back office)"

candidate as qualification below;

Salary: 80,000 - 100,000 THB
Location: Near BTS & MRT - Sukumvit
Annual Leave: 15 days
Office base: 100%

Key Responsibility

  • Manage overall operational responsibilities of back office accountability for process and SLA adherence, revenue, profitability, customer delight; and overall responsibility for relationship management with Immigration / Embassy department of Thailand

  • Strong in HR opration

Job Description:

  • Overall responsibility of the BACK OFFICE operations within the country. Ensure smooth functioning of the business unit & undertake direct responsibility for the BACK OFFICE's profitability.

  • Improve quality and efficiency of the BACK OFFICE and lead new process roll-outs as per the Organizational requirement

  • Ensure BACK OFFICE's profitability and achievement of revenue targets (EBITA) set support with support functions (HR, Finance, Administration)

  • Control & maintain BACK OFFICE's Budgets (Revenue & Resources).

  • Ensure compliance to all existing processes and meet the defined SLA's

  • Ensures that the Teams are mentored & work towards adherence of all SOP's/ processes, required to be complied with, from an Organizational & ISO perspective.

  • Ensure compliance to all existing processes and meet defined Service Level Agreements.

  • Control & maintain Unit's expense budget and allocated resources

  • Ensure conduct of Product & Process Training to all staffs on a regular basic through coaching and development

  • Manage staff efficiency and productivity

  • Maintain high level of staff productivity and efficiency [Qualitative & Quantitative]


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or HR Management

  • Experience: 6 - 10 years' of experience preferably in Travel and Tourism or Service industry

Knowledge & Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS office

  • Adaptability and presence of mind to handle complaints and escalations

  • Ability to Innovate and enhance procedures and methods to increase productivity & cost effectiveness

  • Language - Ability to read write and speak fluently, especially in English

  • Knowledge of an additional international language would be very helpful (region specific language can be advantage)
