Sr HR Manager ( EXPAT / based in Thailand )

​Responsibilities

â€Ē Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

â€Ē Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.

â€Ē Manage the recruitment and selection process

â€Ē Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

â€Ē Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Qualifications

â€Ē Experienced in HR function with good knowledge in Thai Labor Law.

â€Ē Proven working experience as HR in management level

â€Ē Strong knowledge of HRM & HRD and HR systems and databases

â€Ē Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

â€Ē Native English speaker.

â€Ē Degree in Human Resources or related field

â€Ē Able to start working immediately is preferred.
